Parking

Vehicle parking is available behind the Kewaskum Municipal Building Annex.

Bus parking available on First Street on the north side of the Memorial. There is sidewalk access to the Memorial as you exit the bus.

Accessibility

Accessible parking spaces are available in the parking lot to the south of the Memorial.

Ramps allow access to the sidewalks leading to the Memorial.

What are the Memorial's hours?

The Wisconsin 9/11 Memorial & Education Center is open every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Memorial is closed during the winter months and when snow and ice are present on the Memorial’s pathways.

Is there a fee to visit the Memorial?

No. The Memorial is free to visit.

Are there restrooms available?

There are no public restrooms directly at the outdoor Memorial. Restroom accommodations may be available for groups that schedule their visit in advance.

Can I schedule a guided tour?

Yes. Groups of 10 or more, including school field trips, can schedule a visit in advance. A volunteer speaker can also be provided for scheduled tours.

Can schools plan a field trip to the Memorial?

Yes. The Memorial welcomes school field trips and offers educational resources, guided experiences, and transportation grants to help make visits meaningful and accessible for students. Visit our Field Trips page to learn more.

Is the Memorial accessible?

Yes. The Memorial is wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking is available in the lot south of the Memorial, with ramps providing access to the sidewalks leading to the grounds. Please note that the walking path is made of crushed granite.
